WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR GOWNS?

Our bridal gowns start at $3,000 to $12,000, with an average price point of $4,000 to $8,000. Our evening wear range from $450 to $1,200. In order for our consultants to fulfill your expectations and recommend the best pieces for you, we kindly ask that our clients have a determined budget for the gown.

DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO TRY ON WEDDING DRESSES?

Yes, we recommend booking an appointment so you can get an exclusive experience to view and explore the gowns in an intimate setting.

SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Appointments can be scheduled 24 hours prior through our website.

For same day appointments, please call us for any available last minute cancellations.

HOW LONG IS AN APPOINTMENT?

Your one-on-one appointment with a Bridal Consultant will typically last 2 hours. This time frame allows your consultant to get to know you and better serve you throughout your experience.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO THE APPOINTMENT?

Undergarments are a must to maintain sanitary standards! We recommend wearing nude colored undergarments and a strapless bra. We do not keep bras in stock, but we do have  undergarments and shape-wear in stock for purchase. We highly recommend bringing gown images or ideas relative to what you are searching; This will help your consultant better understand your preferred style.

HOW MANY PEOPLE SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

We kindly recommend a maximum of 4 additional guests for your consultation in order to ensure the bride-to-be is as comfortable as possible.

WHAT GOWN SIZES ARE AVAILABLE TO TRY ON AT THE ATELIER?

We carry one bridal sample from each gown for clients to try on, dress sizes 8 to 20, depending on the style of the gown.

ARE WALK-INS WELCOME?

Walk-ins are always welcome to browse our accessories or our boutique section. However, we cannot guaranteed that a time slot will be available for walk-in clients.

DO YOU OFFER IN-HOUSE ALTERATIONS?

Gilded Rose Atelier does not offer in-house alteration services. However, we'd be happy to refer you with a local professional tailor shop.

ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?

We kindly ask that you please do not wear heavy makeup, heavy perfume or heavy deodorant as these items can stain and ruin our gowns. Please do not get a spray tan within 5 days of your appointment! Remember to enjoy the process! We are here to ease your stress and help find your dream dress!

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY WEDDING DRESS?

We recommend that you begin shopping for your gown 6 to 9 months in advance. This will ensure that you are not rushing through the process. You should purchase your gown no less than 9 months before your wedding day. Our recommended time frame will allow ample time for alterations once the gown is delivered.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY WEDDING GOWN TO ARRIVE?

Once your order has been placed, please allow 5 to 8 months for your gown to be made. Some styles are available sooner. If necessary and allowed by the designer, select gowns can be made before the recommended time frame of 5 to 8 months. However, doing so might incur a rush fee from the designer to ensure your gown gets delivered on time with some allowance for alterations.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?

We require a non-refundable 60% deposit at the time of purchase. The remaining balance of your bridal gown, along with any additional fees, are due within 14 days after being notified the arrival of the dress or at the time of pick up.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on delivered and/or altered gowns. All sales are final upon delivery. All items will be sold as is. All sales are final.

MAY WE BRING A BOTTLE OF WINE OR CHAMPAGNE TO CELEBRATE?

To avoid accidental damage to the gowns, we kindly ask that you not bring in outside beverages.

CAN I BRING CHILDREN WITH ME?

While we love children, we understand that attending a bridal appointment can be boring for them. It can also be a distraction for you and your guests and make it difficult to enjoy finding your dress!

We ask that children under 10 years old are not brought to the appointment. If childcare is not available, we ask that they remain seated or supervised by an adult during the appointment as a courtesy to the other brides shopping for their dream dress!

SHORT NOTICE WEDDING DATES

Our bridal gowns are made-to-order. Meaning that there is no stock and the making of the gown begins once you place your order. However, we always have a selection of gowns that we can sell off-the-rack or we can look into ordering with a rush on certain designers.
